MoldFusion offers comprehensive 3D printing services including FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) for functional prototypes and low-cost parts, SLA (Stereolithography) for high-resolution smooth-surface models, and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) for durable complex geometries. We also provide CNC machining, injection molding, vacuum casting, and product design services — all from our facility in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
MoldFusion uses a wide range of materials depending on your application: PLA and ABS for general prototypes, PETG for functional parts, Nylon and TPU for flexible or durable components, Resin (Standard, ABS-like, Flexible) for SLA printing, and engineering-grade materials like PC, PP, and PA12 for SLS. We can also work with metal alloys for CNC and specialized casting resins for vacuum casting.
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, and 3MF file formats for 3D printing. STL is the most commonly used format for FDM and SLA printing, while STEP/IGES files are preferred for CNC machining as they retain full parametric geometry. If you have a different file format, our team can assist with conversion.
Absolutely. MoldFusion offers end-to-end design and manufacturing support. If you have an idea but no CAD file, our design team can create a model from scratch or from sketches and references. We work with Blender, OnShape, FreeCAD, and other CAD tools to deliver print-ready files optimized for your chosen manufacturing process.
Yes! MoldFusion supports both rapid prototyping and small-to-medium production runs. For prototyping, we use FDM and SLA printing to quickly iterate on designs. For production, we offer injection molding, CNC machining, and SLS printing. Whether you need a single proof-of-concept or hundreds of functional parts, we scale our services to match your needs.
Turnaround time at MoldFusion depends on the complexity and quantity of your order. Standard FDM prints are typically completed within 2–5 business days. SLA and resin prints take 3–7 days. For CNC machining or injection molding, lead times range from 5–15 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated — contact us to discuss your timeline.
